This is a brochure website with no contact or sign-up forms, so we do not collect personal information automatically as you browse. We only hold the information you choose to give us when you get in touch or make a booking, which may include:

  • booking or enquiry details, such as your party size, date and any dietary requirements

What we do with the information we gather

We use this information to understand your needs and provide you with a better service, in particular:

  • to take and manage your booking or answer your enquiry

  • where you have asked us to, to contact you about events, special offers or news that we think you may find interesting
